During the Miles City Bucking Horse Sale...
immediately after the impressive parade of wagons, horses...and everything you'd expect at a historic event like this....in the park on main street under the huge cottonwood trees....
There is a circle of artists doing the 30 minute Quick Draw, followed immediately by the auction of the art framed up and ready to take home some incredible work from artists from the region and U.S.
