| A Guiding Hand Will be sold at the 39th Annual Art Auction at the Waterworks Museum, Miles City, MT Saturday, Sept. 27 The 39th Annual Art Auction begins September 27th with a no host cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres at 6:30. Approximately 55 live auction pieces will be offered and l00 other works of art will be included in the silent auction. Included in the live auction will be Quick Finish paintings completed by artists during the auction event. This year’s Quick Finish artists will be: Gaylene Fortner, Lance Johnson and Karen Petrovich. The artists will begin working about 6:30 and will finish shortly after the Live Auction begins. These pieces will be sold approximately midway through the Live Auction. As in the past, the Silent Auction remains open for 30 minutes after the Live Auction ends. The quality of this year’s Art Auction Exhibit is exceptional and represents a broad base of local, greater Montana, and western US artists. The public is invited to come view the varied and exciting works prior to the Auction. |
